However, most companies are initially choosing light-weight ESB products to avoid the risk of huge up-front investments.

The problem is that they ultimately need these products to scale with their growing business needs.

Moreover, companies would like to seamlessly transition to an Enterprise-class BPM to solve the growing complexity of long-running and human oriented processes.

We interview Dale Skeen to gain Vitria Technology's perspective on SOA integration and BPM.
