HAI Robotics Expands US Footprint
August 4, 2022
The
US branch of HAI ROBOTICS is making tremendous strides in the American market
and their upward trajectory is expected to be supercharged by the recent
addition of several seasoned industry veterans to their management team.
The performance of HAI Robotics US has been impressive and is showing
substantial growth and interest in the US market, particularly in the past year.
In Q2 of 2022, their project bookings exceeded 300% growth compared to the same
period the previous year.
HAI Robotics is dedicated to creating a team consisting of world-class talent to
best serve and support their customers, develop business, and create an
energized environment their team looks forward to being part of every day.
Today, HAI is excited to turn the spotlight on three new members of their
leadership team brought on to help bolster their American network, all of whom
are accomplished veterans in their respective fields; Chris Smith, Vice
President of Project Delivery and Implementation, Shaun Brixey, Director of
Project Management, and Rebecca Lennartz, Director of Marketing.
Chris Smith, the new Vice President of Project Delivery and Implementation at
HAI ROBOTICS, brings over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry to
the team.
He has significant industry experience managing complex and challenging
automation system integrations across all segments of the market. Smith received
his Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Computer Science and minor in
Business Management from Strayer University before achieving his MBA from Jack
Welch Management Institute where he graduated top of the class. Smith has a
successful resume of leading and building teams in software engineering, quality
assurance, commissioning, sales engineering, and consulting.
Smith’s decision to join the company was made upon the true value he sees in HAI
ROBOTICS’ technology. “For years mobile robotics dwelled in the realm of large
AGVs with very slow ROI. HAI Robotics is taking mobile robotics to a place where
humans and automation are truly working together rather than humans working for
their automation,” he said. “I want to be part of the next revolution of
logistics automation that has taken decades to arrive.”
Smith’s background has given him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by
the customers and in-depth experience in providing successful solutions. “I've
worked the floor with operations and know the change to a new technology isn't
always easy, but I can make that transition easier,” Smith added.
HAI Robotics’ new Director of Project Management, Shaun Brixey, brings over 20
years of experience in industrial automation with a unique combination of skills
developed through his experience as an engineer, sales representative, and
project manager throughout his career.
Brixey brings valuable insight to the team that he developed through his work as
an integrator of several goods-to-person systems. He combines this knowledge
with his deep understanding and extensive experience in the machine vision
industry along with knowledge of power generation system control design and
development.
“The logistics industry has shifted to the position of accepting goods-to-person
as the technology of the present and future. HAI’s technology is very impressive
as it is a perfect blend of high-density systems and flexible systems. It offers
the best of both worlds,” Brixey said when asked about joining the HAI Robotics
team.
Brixey’s experience as an integrator will provide him with a unique perspective
and advantage in successfully serving the partners and customers HAI Robotics
supports. Brixey explained, “I have also been a key partner with customers who
were trying to understand how to prepare for, deal with, and maintain a system
being integrated into their process. I understand how much it means for them to
have a complete understanding of how a system will impact their operations
during and after installation,”
Rebecca Lennartz joins HAI Robotics as the Director of Marketing where she will
lean on her 7+ years of experience in warehouse automation, agencies, and
industrial marketing.
Lennartz has a developed understanding of communicating with the logistics and
supply chain industry and how to effectively connect with warehousing,
distribution centers, and manufacturers to develop educational and sales-focused
conversations.
Lennartz is impressed by HAI Robotics’ technologies and solutions. “I was drawn
to the opportunity to advance a company with game-changing technology that will
redefine how warehouses are operated,” she said. “There is a significant need
for effective warehouse automation and HAI Robotics’ solutions specifically
provide customers the ability to best utilize their warehouse, extend staff
capacity, and improve operations in a way that no other solution can.”
Leaning on her background in warehouse robotics and automation, Lennartz has
cultivated a deep understanding of what customers need and what matters to them
the most. “With this, I can help our team reach more people and be more
recognizable, and in turn, help prospects and customers identify inefficiencies
in their workflows that our solutions can help resolve.”
In addition to the three new members of leadership, HAI Robotics US is excited
to have recently welcomed to their team Jake Ethridge as Technical Sales
Executive, Nikunj Patel as Solutions Engineer, and Deep Trivedi as Warehouse
Automation Engineer. Each new team member brings valuable industry expertise and
experience to help HAI Robotics best advance its customer’s operations.
Brian
Reinhart, Vice President of Sales at HAI Robotics, said: "I'm extremely excited
for new team members we've added. The industry knowledge, expertise, and talent
that has joined the company recently will allow us to continue our aggressive
growth plans while not only meeting but exceeding our customers' and partners'
expectations. It's a very exciting time at HAI Robotics US."
The new talent will be playing a critical role as the company continues to see
accelerated demand and success from the US market.
“Since inception, HAI Robotics US has been growing fast and strategically. We
focus on building an A-star team locally to serve customers directly and in
close proximity,” said Brian Zheng, General Manager of HAI Robotics. “So far, we
have our colleagues spread across 15 states covering all time zones. From sales
and solutions to implementation and service, we have taken our customer needs as
our mission to ensure 100% successfully and satisfactory." |
