CACI Wins DoJ Mega 3 Contract

June 6, 2007

CACI International has won a six-year contract to continue providing automated litigation support services to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the Mega 3 program. CACI's contract is one of 3 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity awards with a combined potential value of $950 million. The Mega 3 program is also open to all other federal agencies. CACI has been delivering automated litigation support to various components of DOJ since 1978, and the new award positions the company to increase both the size and scope of this business. The new contract is effective as of June 1.

CACI continues to bring new services and technology offerings to DOJ. CACI's support helps DOJ attorneys in every area of the litigation life cycle, from the investigation and discovery of evidence, to implementing technologies in the courtroom. CACI's innovative technologies, along with its client-focused support and mission understanding, provide DOJ attorneys with the competitive advantage needed to win or settle their cases.

A key CACI offering under the Mega 3 program is CACI's Online Mega Web Portal OMEGA, a web portal that integrates management and technical resources for both CACI and DOJ users. CACI litigation support professionals get online tools that speed data collection, tracking, and analysis for their clients, while DOJ case managers and attorneys benefit from fast, secure, and easy access to shared libraries, court calendars, project milestones, and associated tools. DOJ attorneys and staff also use OMEGA's powerful search capabilities to quickly and effectively scan through vast repositories of evidentiary material.

Paul Cofoni, CACI President of U.S. Operations said, "Our Mega 3 contract award with the Department of Justice affirms CACI's ability to leverage our intense client focus into sustained, long-term business. CACI's team of professionals continues to meet DOJ's evolving requirements through the application of creative solutions and forward-looking technologies. Our goal is always to increase responsiveness, improve communications and collaboration, and enable attorneys to work faster, smarter, and more efficiently."

According to Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, CACI Chairman, President, and CEO, "CACI's Department of Justice Mega 3 award enables us to continue serving the high-priority law enforcement needs of the U.S. Federal Government. We are extremely proud of our long and successful partnership with the Department of Justice, and of our performance record as an asset to DOJ on court cases of national importance. We look forward to continuing to work with DOJ to meet the new challenges of the Mega 3 program."
